The staff were amazing and super helpful! The food at the attached restaurant was surprisingly good, especially the malteadas. I loved that it was clean and quiet around. Perfect for a quick stay.

    pool area
    budget option
    outdated decor

The pool area offers a nice atmosphere for relaxation. equipped with lounge chairs, it’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel has student discounts, making it a decent option for budget-conscious travelers.

The furniture and decor are outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s with old, dirty sofas at the reception. I found the master suite had a musty odor, and the carpets were stained, which is off-putting for any traveler. Noise levels from the hallway easily seep into the rooms, and hot water in the sink and cold water for the shower seemed to be a peculiar plumbing issue. In addition, I noticed that the elevators were not as clean as one would expect, adding to the overall feeling of neglect.

    clean, clean, clean

I loved how spotlessly clean the hotel was throughout my stay! The comfortable Double Classic room offered a quiet retreat, perfect for relaxation. The restaurant attached served fantastic food, especially their malteadas that were to die for!

    relaxing pool area
    outdated furnishings
    noise disturbances

The pool area offers a nice atmosphere for relaxation.

During my stay, I found the room furnishings outdated and in need of an upgrade. The plumbing seemed problematic, with the shower only providing cold water while the sink had only hot water. Additionally, there were noise disturbances from the hallway that made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

    elevator vibe

This was just a prime choice for a quick stopover in Guadalajara with great value for the money. The elevator vibe was nostalgic like stepping back in time, adding to the experience. Check for any odd sounds coming from the hallway at night before settling in.

    pool area
    quick service
    breakfast options
    outdated furniture
    limited meals

The lobby and pool area created a nice atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast options were decent, especially the eggs, but other meals seemed limited. The staff handled issues quickly, which I appreciated when I encountered a minor problem with my shower only providing cold water. The dining space felt basic—no room service and only fast food options available downstairs. The overall setting was outdated. The furniture looked worn, and I noticed stained carpets in the rooms. For a quick stopover, it served its purpose, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

The staff were very accommodating when I needed

The Double Classic room was functional, though a bit dated. I appreciated that the restaurant had solid breakfast options, like delicious eggs, but it lacked more variety for lunch or dinner.

    cozy pool
    refreshing drinks
    spotty wi-fi

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy feel of the pool area and the refreshing drinks at the bar. Plus, I loved lounging by the beautiful sun terrace on a sunny afternoon. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a great experience! ☀️

The staff made an impressive effort to provide excellent service, promptly addressing any concerns I had during my stay. The restaurant offered good value, and while the Thai dishes were particularly enjoyable, the overall menu was quite basic. Even with these setbacks, the friendly staff truly made a difference.
